Ok so you have to purchase something first.. but it could be anything.
Keep a-hold of your receipt and hit your computer when you get home! If you go to www.mychickfilavisit.com and fill out a short survey about your experience, they will issue you a validation code. If you put that code on your receipt and take it back to a chick-fil-a you will be rewarded with a free chicken sandwich.

I'm in the Philly area. You'll want to go to and get something to get a receipt. Go online and get the code and return with your receipt. I'm not sure if it's in ALL areas but I think it is. Good luck! :)
